  3. This illustrates an example of multiple fixed rates that are charged only during prime time.

  5. Time is only counted during prime time hours.  These are 8 am until 5 pm on Monday through Friday.  All other times are free.

  7. The first 50 hours per month of prime time use cost $19.95.

  9. The next 20 hours per month of prime time use cost $2.95 per hour.

  11. The next 30 hours per month of prime time use cost $1.95 per hour.

  13. All hours in excess of 100 hours of prime time use are $0.95 per hour.
